摘要
目的:建立高压液相色谱(HPLC法)测定人血浆中表阿霉素含量的方法。方法:用甲醇和硫酸钠沉淀蛋白,以高效液相色谱在荧光检测波长λex=450 nm,λem=530 nm处测定表阿霉素的血药浓度。结果:表阿霉素的线性范围为0.02 μg-3 μg/mL(r=0.998)。结论:本方法简便、可靠,适用于表职霉素的血药浓度监测。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of Pharmorubicin in human plasma. Methods: The plasma protein was precipitated by CH3OH and Na2S2O3, then Pharmorubicin was determined by HPLC. The fluorescence detective waves were:λ ex= 450nm and λ em=530nm. Results: Assay linearity was obtained in the range of 0.02 μg - 3 μg/mL(r=0.998). Conclusion: The method was found to be simple and dependable,which is suitable for the determination of Pharmorubicin in plasma.
