摘要
目的应用超声研究单侧精索静脉曲张(VC)引起男性不育患者双侧睾丸体积及回声强度改变情况.方法应用高频超声测量35例正常人和130例左侧VC男性不育患者的双侧睾丸体积,并用直方图采样分析睾丸回声强度. VC按照临床触诊及超声检查分为亚临床型(SVC)及临床型Ⅰ～Ⅲ级(VCⅠ、VCⅡ及VCⅢ).结果单侧VC可引起双侧睾丸体积变小、回声减低,VC越严重则改变越明显.结论超声显像是评价VC不育患者睾丸体积及回声强度等客观指标的准确有效方法.
Objective To observe volume and echo intensity of bilateral testes in infertile men with unilateral varicocele by ultrasonography. Methods Thirty-five healthy male volunteers with normal of physical examinations and semen analyses and one hundred and thirty infertile men with left varicocele were studied by ultrasonography with a 7.5-10.0 MHz linear-array transducer. The volume of each testis was measured and the echo intensity of each testis was also evaluated by ultrasound histogram. Severity of varicocele was graded with SVC, VCⅠ, VCⅡ and VCⅢ according to physical examination and ultrasonography. The volume and echo intensity of testes were compared between the patients and healthy volunteers. Results According to our investigations, the volume and echo intensity of both testes decreased in patients with unilateral varicocele. And high-grade varicoceles exert a progressive deleterious effect on testes.Conclusion Ultrasonography is an accurate and objective method to evaluate the volume and echo intensity of the testis in male with infertility and varicocele.
