To do a good job of editing a college natural science journal , great attenion must be paid to its academic quality to make it a journal of distinct characteristics and with great social benefit. At the same time it is necessary to pay great attention to the quality of its arrangements by following Arrangements Rules for Natural Science Journal of Chinese Higher Educational Institutions to achieve a perfect combination of its form and contents.
