摘要 创新教育是现代教育的灵魂。创新过程不仅包含有智力因素,还包括非智力因素。创新人格是非智力因素中的重要因素,是体现在创造活动中的个性心理特征,它虽然不对创造活动起直接的决定作用,但它为创造力的发挥提供心理状态和背景,通过引发、促进、调节和监控创造力以及与创造力协调配合来发挥作用。大学德育课在大学生创新人格培养方面有着得天独厚的优势,充分地激励和发挥德育教师的积极性、创造性,提高其对创新教育的认识,转变教育观念,深化德育课教学内容、教学方式、考试方法的改革,在德育课教育教学中注重培养大学生创新人格,才能实现高等教育目标。 Creative education is the soul of the modern education. The process of creativity embraces not only intelligent elements,but also un-intelligent elements. The creative personality is the key part within all un-intelligent elements which embody the individual psychological characteristics in the creative activities. Although the creative personality can't affect directly the creative activities,it play a key role to the creative ability through sparking,promoting,adjusting and coordinating with them. University moral eduction enjoys exceptional advantage to train student's creative personality. So we should encourage teacher's enthusiasm and creativities; deepen the reform of university moral education from content of ethic course,teaching method and exam method. We should pay more attention to foster student's personality for fulfilling the higher educational objective and keeping the vitality of moral education of the university.
