摘要
目的探讨声像图不典型而又疑似脂肪肝的超声诊断对临床的提示以及意义。方法对我院2002年6月～2004年6月常规体检的人群里,疑似脂肪肝而声像图又不典型者115例临床资料行回顾性分析,总结经验。结果115例内,7例经临床病理证实;102例试验室肝化验检查血清甘油三脂升高。追踪复查114例3个月到2年,83例经饮食疗法治疗后声像图有明显改变。结论声像图不典型而又疑似脂肪肝者,我们可以尝试作“肝细胞脂肪浸润声像图”之提示,以指导临床注意,早期诊断、治疗。
