摘要
目的调查本地区成年人的血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板平均质量(MPM)、血小板平均浓度(MPC),血小板压积(PCT)四项参数的参考范围。方法采用国际先进的BayerADVIA-120全自动血细胞分析仪,检测1000例正常成年人的MPV、MPM、MPC、PCT四项参数,将所得的数据进行统计学处理。结果正常成年人MPV、MPM、MPC、PCT四项参数的参考范围分别是8.19±0.72,1.85±0.19,249.05±20.67,0.19±0.12,性别间无显著性差异。结论正常成年人MPV等四项参数参考范围的确定,能为临床对出血倾向和血栓栓塞等疾病的诊断和治疗提供重要的依据。
Objective To investigate the normal reference ranges of local area adult human about four parameters of platelet i.e. mean platelet volume (MPV), mean platelet mass (MPM), mean platelet concentration (MPC), platelet hematocrit (PCT). Methods we detected 1000 normal adult human about MPV. MPM .MPC and PCT by Bayer ADVIA-120 automated hematology analyzer, and then the data collected were analyzed by using statistical method. Results the normal reference ranges adult human about MPV, MPM, MPC and PCT are 8. 19+0.72、1.85±0.19、249.05±20.67and 0.19±0.12 respectively. There are no significant difference be- tween the adult men and women about the four reference ranges. Conclusion the determination of four reference ranges about MPV etc. in the normal adult human was of great important evidence for the diagnosis and cure in clinic about hemorrhagia and thrombosis.
