摘要
从墙纸印染的生产出发 ,研制了基于PC的张力控制系统 ;文中阐述了该系统的设计理念、原理以及主要功能。实际生产运行表明 ,该系统在墙纸印染生产过程中 ,张力控制稳定、实时性好、运行稳定可靠。
The tension control is a kind of the key techniques in automatic production lines of the wallpaper products,plastic products and so on.This paper discusses and designs the tension control system for the wallpaper printing.The design idea,major functions and features of such system are introduced in this paper.The tension control system based on PC is proved with the advantages of stable control,real-time and reliable running in wallpapers production.
