动荡的企业经营环境对企业的变革能力提出了更高的要求,同时也要求企业的管理者有更强的能力来管理变革,企业的变革能力是企业核心竞争力中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分,研究企业变革能力及其指标体系的构建对于企业的实践活动有着重要的意义。
The ability of Enterprises Change need to be improved because of the dynamic and flexible environment of enterprises managing. At the same time the managers ought to have the higher ability to manage the change . The ability of enterprises change is an important part of enterprises core competencies . So it is significant for us to study the ability of enterprises change and the construction of index system because it can be benefice to enterprises'pratices.
