Application of hot thermocouple technique for study on melting properties of mould powder

摘要 热丝仪作为一种新型的保护渣性能检验手段,已显现出其它方法无法替代的优越性。将该项技术对保护渣的析晶TTT凿线进行测定研究,过程采用了两种不同的控温方式。结果表明,析晶TTT曲线可综合反映保护渣所具有的不同的结晶规律。即使是同一种保护渣,控温模式不同,其析晶规律也完全不同;另外,随着温度的变化,保护渣晶体的析出形式也不同。 As a new kind of property test method of mould powder, hot thermocouple technique has shown the unique superiority. In this study, crystallizing TTT curves of mould powder were researched by means of this technique with two temperature control modes. The results show that crystallizing TTT curves can describe the crystallizing rules of mould powder generally, and the rules are also different with various temperature control modes for the same mould powder. In addition, the crystallizing form is changed with different temperature.
