摘要
通过粘结漏钢产生的原因及粘结时坯壳的特征,对结晶器漏钢预报系统的原理进行分析,得出发生粘结漏钢必须满足三个必要条件及发生漏钢预报后铸坯出结晶器不漏钢应满足的条件。
The principle on mould breakout prediction system is analyzed in the paper based on the reasons of breakout and the characteristics of shell when breakout occurring. It shows that the breakout may be caused by the three conditions. This paper also describes the conditions, in which, the breakout is not occurred again when the strand is withdrawn off the mould after breakout prediction.
