摘要
目的:采用 RP-HPLC 法测定消银片中丹皮酚的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,以甲醇-水-醋酸(80∶20∶1)为流动相,检测波长为312nm,流速0.8mL·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为0.02-0.10mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),回收率为98.28%,RSD=0.85%,加样回收率为98.32%,RSD=0.89%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective:RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of paeonol in Xiaoyin tablets.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of RP C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),methanol-water-acetic acid(80:20:1) mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 312nm,flow rate 0.8mL·min^(-1),and column temperature at room tem- perature.Results:The linear range was 0.02-0.10mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),The mean recovery was 98.28%, RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
