摘要
油田注入剖面测试中应用的电磁流量计测量精度高,有较好的应用效果。但由于套管结垢、腐蚀等因素影响,实际测量通道与标定环境有一定差异,引起测量结果误差,这个系数与测量通道管径变化的平方成正比。本文涉及的电磁流量计与井径一体化仪将井径测量引入电磁流量计剖面测试中,采用新的井径测量原理,仪器尺寸小,可有效校正此误差。
The electromagnetic flowmeter applied in the oil field injection profile test has better accuracy and effect. But because of the fouling and corrosion of casing, the actual measuring passage of electromagnetism flowmeter is different with standard which cause the measuring result error with the error factor is direct proportion to the square of caliber size of measuring passage. A new design of electromagnetic flowmeter and caliper combination logging technology is proposed in the text. Using the Caliper data to correct the datum of electromagnetic flowmeter logging can proofread this error effectively.
