摘要
用剥去叶片和除去生长点的富贵竹枝段为材料,研究了6BA对其生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度6BA处理的植株顶芽数、多顶芽植株(顶芽≥3)百分率、顶芽长度、顶芽直径、茎新增高度、茎粗度差、根鲜样质量和商品率指标呈显著或极显著差异。6BA最适处理浓度为60mg·L-1,可显著提高植株顶芽数、多顶芽植株百分率和商品率。
Application of 6-BA to branches of Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’defoliated and with growth points removed shows that 6-BA at different concentrations has significant differences in its effect on the number of top buds, percentage of multi-topbud plant (with three or more top buds), length and diameter of top buds, growth in height and diameter of the stems, fresh root mass and qualified output rate. It also shows 6-BA at 60 mg·L -1 as the best treatment concentration, at which the number of buds, percentage of multi-topbud plant and qualified output rate can be significantly raised.
