摘要
采用光学显微镜沿[001]方向观察了PMN_32PT弛豫铁电单晶的电畴形貌,考查了在不同温度下退火处理对电畴组态的影响.结果表明:在90℃以下退火后,PMN_32PT晶体的电畴基本保持室温组态,但局部出现微弯曲.在120~160℃退火后,PMN_32PT晶体电畴明显粗化,条带宽大,且局部由条带型转变为回字型.在210℃以上退火后,PMN_32PT晶体电畴条带规则,均匀细小.
The ferroelectrics domain of the direction in the PMN-32PT single crystal were observed by optical microscope,the effects of the annealing treatment on the ferroelectrics domain were studied.The result indicated that the ferroelectrics domains are kept in the ferroelectrics phase,but some domains appear curl when the annealing temperature is 90℃,the single crystal is transformed at 160℃,it is obvious that the ferroelectrics domain bands are widened,the configuration of some ferroelectrics domains transform the band to square band at 210℃,it is regular about the side of the ferroelectrics domain bands.
