摘要
内蒙古五岔沟林业局和阿尔山林业局5年实现林业跨越式发展，创新机制是其发展的根本经验。两个林业局在机制转变、改革创新、发展非公有制、加强科学管理等方面提供了借鉴。通过调研针对改革实践中存在的问题提出了政策建议。
During the past 5 years, Wuchagou Forestry Bureau and Arshan Forestry Bureau of Inner Mongolia realized great leap-forward development, mainly owing to the active creation system. The two bureaus' practice in system conversion, reformation and renovation, non-public forestry development, scientific management, etc. gives us precious experience.
