摘要
赤豆的野生型(第一基因库B)——野赤豆已发现于我国东北辽宁省境内.以往由于日本学者北川政夫将其命名为裂叶贼小豆,因而在我国植物学文献中无野赤豆的记载,导致学者们对赤豆是否起源于中国产生了误解.作者在对二者进行了比较解剖学及形态学研究的基础上,将二者进行杂交,其杂种一代是正常能育的.根据野赤豆在我国的分布,以及与赤豆杂交的结果,加上二者形态上的相似性等原因,作者认为野赤豆确系赤豆的野生型,其驯化发生于中国.
Vigna angularis (Willd.) Ohwi et Ohashi var. nipponensis (Ohwi) Ohwi et Ohashi was found in Liaoning Prov. of Northeast China. It was formerly illegitimately named as Phaseolus nakashimae Ohwi f. lobatus Kit. (Ph. minimus Roxb. f. lobatus Kit.) by M. Kitagawa in 1939. Morphological study revealed that it was closely similar to V. angularis var. angularis.Artificial crossing between V. angularis var. nipponensis and V. angularis var. angularis indicated that fertile hybrids can be obtained from reciprocal crosses.The conclusion was, therefore that V. angularis (Willd.) Ohwi et Ohashi var. nipponensis (Ohwi) Ohwi et Ohashi is the wild progenitor (GP1B) of V. angularis (Willd.) Ohwi et Ohashi, and that its domestication took, place in China.
