摘要
陈云的人民利益观是理论与实践的完美统一。他认为:共产党员要把党和人民的利益放在高于一切的位置,要真正为人民谋福利;为此,必须坚持社会主义,必须把解决民生问题作为重要国策,还必须坚持“不唯上、不唯书、只唯实”的精神;只有真正为人民谋福利,中国共产党才能始终保持其先进性。党的第三代领导集体继承和发展了陈云的人民利益观。
Chen Yun's concept of the people's interests is a perfect unity of theory and practice. In his view, the Communists must put the interests of the Party and the people above everything else; only when they keep to the socialist road can they genuinely work for the interests of the people and in order to work for the people well the improvement of people's livelihood must be taken as one of the important national policies. Moreover, he held that to fulfill the goal of serving the people earnestly the Communists must adhere to the principle: “Don't automatically accept what a superior says, don't automatically accept what a book says and accept only reality.” Only by genuinely serving the people will the Communist Party of China (CPC) keep its progressiveness. The third-generation collective leadership inherited and developed Comrade Chen Yun's concept of the people's interests.
