摘要
介绍了为减薄激光加工小孔孔壁再铸层专门研制的100ns^700ns窄脉冲宽度、脉冲列工作模式的试验用YAG激光器的基本原理及特点,350ns、550ns激光在不同厚度的三种镍基高温合金试件上加工小孔初步试验及其金相分析结果等。文章最后总结了数百纳秒窄脉冲YAG激光加工小孔试验及其分析结果,给出了初步结论,指出了目前存在的主要问题并提出了下一步研究工作的设想。
This paper introduces the principle and ch aracteristic of an AO Q-switched YAG laser of 100~700ns single pulse duration in pulse train mode which has been developed specially for making holes with thinn er recast. Primary drilling experiments in three kinds of nickel-based alloys of different thickness with this laser and the results of metallographic examinati on are also introduced. Conclusions and existing shortages based on the experime ntal results are given. The plan of research work in the next step is supposed.
