摘要
目的探讨阴囊Paget病的诊断及治疗。方法回顾9例阴囊Paget病患者临床资料,全部患者均在术前病理证实为阴囊Paget病,采用病灶广泛切除术治疗。结果A1期4例,A2期3例,B期2例。7例获得随访,随访时间为6个月～5年。2例淋巴结转移者,分别于术后1年与2年死于广泛转移;1例术后2年复发而行二次手术治疗;其余无复发。结论对经久不愈的阴囊皮损应尽早行活检确诊,病灶广泛切除术是治疗本病的有效手段。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of Paget's disease involving the scrotum. Methods Nine cases of Paget's disease of scrotum were studied retrospectively. All were confirmed on pathological studies and underwent surgical treatment.Results Four cases were in stage A_1,3 cases in stage A_2,others were in stageB ,7 of them were followed up for 0.5～5years,of whom 1 case relapsed within 2 years,2 died of metastasis after 1 or 2 years, no recurrence in the others. Conclusion Dermatobiopsy should be undertaken as early as possible for suspected case and radical excision might be effective treatment for this disease.
