摘要
采用苯肼给家兔肌肉注射,剂量为7mg/kg体重,试制动物溶血模型。用药后1h开始.分别不同时相采血,测定有关生化指标及观察红细胞形态。结果表明:对照组各时相值与实验组用药前无差异,与对照组各时相值比较,实验组用药后2h开始,红细胞比容减少;血清总胆红素含量增加,红细胞内GSH含量下降和GSHPX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活性降低(P<0.01)。红细胞形态在电镜和显微镜下可见畸形和膜水肿增厚,提示红细胞损害。此模型适用于研究溶血病发病机理,预防和治疗等。其方法简便,易于重复。
Acute hemolytic was experiinentally induced in rabbit with muscles injection of phenyl hydrazine 7mg/kg of body weitht. One hour after injection,the blood spec imens were collected at intervals. The results showed that from two hours late when comparing with the control and com paring with itself not used phenylhydrazine. The erythroeyte specific volume of the experimental rabbits reduced. Their total content of bilirubin of serum increased with the GSH content of red blood cells decreased and the activity of GSHPx declined. The RBC of the experimental rabbits ap pear malformation and their membrane became thicken and edema. These results suggested RBC was hurted. This model of experimental hempolysis could be used for investigation on its macha nism of attack and precaution and treatment and was easy to approach and repeat.
