摘要
官H—1井是大港油田的第一口中半径水平井,根据不同井段的地质特点,选用了两性离子聚合物抑制性钻井液、钾基一两性离子聚合物抑制防塌钻井液和暂堵式两性离子聚合物完井液三种钻井液和完井液体系。室内研究及现场实践表明,这些体系抑制造浆能力强,防塌、润滑性能好,有良好的高温高压流变性、滤失性和泥饼润滑性,能完全满足各井段钻井工程要求,解决了水平井钻井中遇到的五大技术难题。此外,利用以前建立的水平井油气层损害评价方法对水平井进行室内评价,证明了经过合理设计的该完井液能很好地保护油层。
Guan H - 1 horizontal well is the first medium radius horizontal well of Dagang oil field , with the depth of 2348 meters and extended section of 209 meters . Three types of am-photeric polymer fluids are adopted in various formation , including inhibitive , potassium based , and temporary plugging completion fluid . Tests at both laboratory and wellsite indicate that these fluids have the advantage of good inhibity , lubricity . and anti-caving property , they can satisfy the demand of drilling operation .
