摘要
目前我国农民素质的提高成为解决“三农”问题的关键,为此必须突出基础性,加强农村基础教育;突出实用性,开展农村职业技术教育;突出差别性,搞好农村成人教育;突出针对性,做好农村剩余劳动力转移的培训教育。
Now raising the peasant quality in our country becomes the key of solving the problems aqricultural, ruval and peasants, therefore, must stress basicness , strengthen rural basic education; Stress practicality , develop rural professional technical education; Stress difference, better rural adult education; The training that stresses specific aim and makes the transfer of surplus rural labour educates.
