摘要
本文报告23例脊椎转移瘤。分析了脊椎转移瘤的临床特点,提出早期诊断的手段及方法。提倡以手术为主的综合治疗。强调手术时机最好在肌力障碍之前,如有肌力障碍,要抢先在全瘫前尽早手术。手术要求充分减压而且必须辅以牢固的内固定。
23 cases of spinal transferred tumouro is reported in this paper, its clinical charecter was analysed and the way and method of early diagnosis was put forward as well. Joint therapy mainly surgery was advocated,It is strengthed that operation had better be done before myodynamia disfunction and surgery should be made as early as possible,once myodynamia disfunction happens. pressure should be gereatty reduced during operation and intenal fixation must be made as well.
