摘要
结合近几年现场试验、施工实践,分析研究了镍制(工业纯镍)设备和容器的性能、焊接缺陷与产生原因,以及防止与消除其缺陷、优化制造施工质量的防裂止裂工艺措施。为提高焊接一次合格率,提出了若干注意事项。
According to the on-the-spot construction practice in recent years, th is article analyses the features and welding defects of industrial pure-Ni equip ments and containers and the causes to the defects. Also it discusses how to avo id the defects and promotes the quality of welding. Meanwhile, it may be valuabl e for studying in related fields and the fatal accidents caused by explosion of metal equipments and pipelines.
