摘要
当前,日照妨害正逐渐成为影响我国人民生活的一种环境公害类型。从日本立法、学说及判例等方面入手探寻了日本日照妨害救济制度,认为日本日照妨害救济制度对完善我国相关制度有一定的启示。
At present, Offense against Sunlight right has gradually become a kind of environmental social effects of pollution in China. This paper discusses the legislation, theories, and prejudications of Japan's Remedy System to the Offense against Sunlight right, and then holds that the system in Japan will provide some revelation on how to perfect the relevant regulations in China.
