摘要
"三标一体"是重庆文理学院根据ISO9000族国际标准中的三个标准,即ISO9001(质量)、ISO14001(环境)、GB/T28001(职业健康安全)建立起来的"一体化"管理系统。"三标一体"教育质量模型是一种高校管理创新模型。运用"三标一体"教育质量文化模型构建起来的高校工作质量考核系统,有利于高校培养一种不断追求进步,不断超越自我的精神,使高校步入持续、稳定、健康发展的轨道。
The model in educational quality by means of the practice of the combination of three certificates is a management system which is stabilized by Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences according to the international standard ISO9000, ISO14001, GB/T28001.It is a innovating management model in colleges and universities. Using this model to construct the check mechanism system will be beneficial to develop the spirit of seeking unceasing progress and continuously surpassing oneself in colleges and universities and therefore make colleges and universities develop in a steady and healthy.
