摘要
目的:探讨阿拓莫兰联合丹参注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:84例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为阿拓莫兰组和甘利欣组,每组42例,治疗3个月,检测2组患者治疗前后的肝功能指标:血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)及肝纤维化指标:血清透明质酸(HA)、层连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)的变化,并对2组患者治疗结果进行比较。结果:阿拓莫兰组和甘利欣组治疗3个月后肝功能均有所改善,与甘利欣组相比,阿拓莫兰组的ALT、AST、TBIL、HA、LN、ⅣC均明显降低(P<0.05～0.001)。结论:阿拓莫兰联合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化有抗炎、抗氧化及直接抑制纤维生成、细胞增生的作用,两者优势互补,可提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。
Objective: To discuss the effective method of atomolam combined with danshen injection on treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver fibrosis. Methods: Eighty-four cases with chronic hepatitis were divided into two groups,Among them 42 cases treated with atomolam and danshen injection and 42 cases with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and danshen injection for 3 months respectively. The liver function markers were serum levels of alaninc aminotransferase(ALT)、 aspartate aminotransferase(AST) 、total bilirubin(TBIL)、serum albumin(ALB) and liver fibrosis marker were serum level of hyaluronic acid (HA)、laminin(LN)、type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) of two groups patients were determined before and after 3 months treatment,and compared them. Results: After the treatment in atomolam group and diammonium glycyrrhizinate group, it showed improvement of the liver function. in atomolam group compared with the control group, serum levels of ALT、 AST、TBIL had significantly decreased(P<0.05 ),while ALB no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05), Liver fibrosis markers also decreased after treament.Comparing the two groups,the serum levels HA、LN、Ⅳ-C had significantly difference after treatment (P<0.05~0.001). Conclusion: Atomolan combined with danshen has anti-inflammation, anti-oxidant effects and inhibits hepatic fibrosis directly. It improvs the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis.
