摘要
聘用制改革是改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展的需要,在经济欠发达地区实行聘用制面临很大的困难。分析经济欠发达地区聘用制改革的困境,认识经济欠发达地区高校实施聘用流动编制的意义,努力找到其实施办法,对推进经济欠发达地区高校的发展有重要意义。
Reform of employment system is the need of opening-reform policy and the development of market economy of socialism,but its application has encountered difficulties in economically under developed areas.This paper analyzes the difficulties of employment reform and its significance in order to find practical approaches to the development of the areas concerned.
