摘要
针对喇嘛甸油田厚油层发育,且层内非均质性严重的特点,以均质、二类、三类和分流河道四种类型油层为对象,研究了注入孔隙体积倍数与采收率之间的关系.实验结果表明:对均质油层,较小的注入孔隙体积倍数可获得较高的采收率,当进入特高含水期后,应适当控制注水,如果注水强度过高,当注入孔隙体积倍数达到一定程度时则出现无效循环;对非均质厚油层,注入孔隙体积倍数较低时层内则出现无效循环通道,二类油层、三类油层、分流河道在注入孔隙体积倍数分别为0.59,0.93,0.70时,应采取措施封堵层内无效循环通道,控制无效注水,增加中、低渗透层的注入孔隙体积倍数;进入特高含水开发阶段后,通过封堵层内无效循环通道,增加中、低渗透部位注入孔隙体积倍数,可提高水驱采收率.
In view of well developed thick layers in Lamadian oilfield and in-layer heterogeneity being serious, we investigated four kinds of oil layer below: homogeneous, Ⅱclass, Ⅲ class oil layer and distributary channel, and research on the relationship between injection pore volume multiple and recovery ratio. The experiment results indicate: To the homogeneous oil layer, smaller injection pore volume multiple will result in higher recovery ratio. After entering extra-high water cut stage, we should properly control water injection. If injection intensity is too high, and when injection pore volume multiple reaches certain degree, inefficient circulation will occur. To the heterogeneous thick oil layer, smaller injection pore volume multiple will result in inefficient circulation channel. When injection pore volume multiples of Ⅱclass, Ⅲ class oil layer and distributary channel are 0.59, 0.93, 0.70 respectively, we should take measures to plug off the in-layer inefficient circulation channel, control inefficient water injection and increase injection pore volume multiple of the middle, low permeability formation. In sum, after entering the extra-high water cut stage, we can enhance water flooding recovery ratio by plugging off inefficient circulation channel, and increasing the middle, low permeability formation’s injection pore volume multiple.
