摘要
以抚顺炼油厂的副产品重α-烯烃为原料,针对大庆油田原油性质及地层条件,通过正交方案设计,采用降膜式磺化反应,摸索出用于提高石油采收率的活性剂AOS的制备条件.结果表明:在n(SO3)/n(AO)为1.078,w(SO3)为4.14%,30℃条件下,可获得与大庆原油形成超低界面张力6×10-3mN·m-1的活性剂AOS;所得活性剂质量分数为0.02%~0.40%、NaOH质量分数为0.6%~1.4%时皆可使油水界面张力降至10-3mN·m-1,且聚合物和水相矿化度对界面张力无不利影响.
In this paper, based on the property of crude oil and the reservoir conditions of Daqing oil field, using the byproduct, heavy α-alkene sulfonate of domestic refining factories, as a raw material and by sulfonating reaction of declining film style, the development conditions of surfactant AOS used to enhance oil recovery are studied. The results show that an excellent surfactant AOS for displacing oil can be obtained, which can lead to an ultralow interfacial tension of 6×10~ -3 mN/m with the oil of Daqing oil field under the conditions that n(SO_3)/n(AO) is 1.078,w(SO_3) is 4.14%,and temperature is 30 ℃. The effects of alkaline, polymer and salinity on the interfacial activity have been studied. When the concentration of the surfactant studied is between 0.02%~0.40%(wt), and the alkaline is 0.6%~1.4%(wt), the interfacial tension can be declined to 10~ -3 mN/m. There are no negative effects of polymer and salinity on interfacial tension.
