摘要
通过对端羧基聚酯与环氧氯丙烷的催化酯化,再经相转移反应在其两端接上丙烯酸酯,合成端双键的光敏聚酯树脂。讨论了端羧基与环氧氯丙烷配比、催化剂用量、反应温度对酯化反应程度的影响。研究了碱液浓度、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量对相转移催化反应的影响。得到了合成路线的优选条件。制得的粉末型光敏树脂符合光固化要求。
The title photosensitive polyester resin with terminal double bonds has been synthesized through catalytic esterification of carboxyl terminated polyester with epichlorohydrin, which is then terminated of acrylates by phase transfer reaction. The influence of ratio of terminated carboxyl to epichlorohydrin, amount of catalyst, and reaction temperature on extent of reaction and the influence of concentration of alkali solution, reaction temperature and time and amount of catalyst on phase transfer reaction are discussed for determination of the optimum synthesis conditions. The prepared photosensitive polyester resin can meet requirement of UV curing process.
