摘要
回转水纺丝法直接成形细丝是一种有效地制备圆形断面连续合金细丝的新方法。孔径是其重要工艺参数之一。对于不同种类的合金，其影响效果不同。随着孔径尺寸的增大，对Ｐｂ－Ｓｎ合金，其成丝性变差，而于Ｆｅ－Ｓｉ－Ｂ合金，其影响却较小。
In-rotating-water spinning method is a kind of advanced method which can produce continuous wires with round cross-section. The orifice diameter is one of the most important parameters.To different kinds of alloys,the effects are different.With increasing the diameter,the ability to form wires of Pb-Sn alloy is decreased.But the effect on Fe-Si-B alloy is small.
