摘要
目的 对上尿路梗阻引起的急性爆发性肾盂肾炎感染休克的诊断、治疗、预防加以临床分析。方法 提出抗感染、休克，纠正酸碱及水电解质平衡失调，急诊肾盂造瘘等。结果 死亡 1例，治愈 6例。结论 强调早期正确诊断，及时肾造瘘是有效抢救措施。
Objective To discuses the diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of acute fulminating pyelonephritis infective shock (AEPIS) caused by upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods 7 cases pf AFPIS were treated with anti－ infection and anti－ shock to correct the acidbase imbalance, water－ electrolyte imbalance and pyelostomy. Results The results of treatment were cure in b， death in 1. ConClusion diagnosis, and emergent pyelostomy in time are an effective treatment methods for AFPIS.
