摘要
目的：加深对骨肉瘤病骨骼系统病变影像学表现的认识。方法：报道一例骨肉瘤病的 X线平片及放射性核素扫描所见，并做文献复习。结果： X线平片清楚显示多中心骨肉瘤病灶，放射性核素显像骨扫描可见肿瘤灶核素浓集。结论： X线平片是一种诊断骨肉瘤病有价值的影像学方法。
Objective To deepen the understanding of the imaging findings of osteosarcomatosis in skeleton.Methods The findings of X－ ray plain film and radionuclide imaging of osteosarcomatosis were reported in one case,and literature was reviewed.Results The multifocal of osteosarcomatosis were clearly depicted by X－ ray plain film,and the radionuclide concentration of tumor foci could be seen on radionuclide images.Conclusion X－ ray plain film is a valuable imaging method in diagnostic osteosarcomatosis.
