摘要
论述了发泡石膏型的发展过程；对比了熔模石膏型和发泡石膏型的差异；介绍了评定石膏型材料透气性的测定方法。通过试验及生产验证，选择出合适的表面活性剂及发泡工艺，较成功地铸出汽车用增压器叶轮铝铸件。
The development of the foaming plaster mould was reviewed, the differences bitween fusible pattern plaster mould and foaming plaster mould were compared,a method for the determination of the permeability of plaster mould was presented.A proper foaming agent and foaming technique were selected by means of the experiments and trial production,the qualified blade wheel casting of aluminium alloy for automobile was successfully produced.
