摘要
为了解决钢铁行业在信息资源一体化的竞争环境下,整合企业内外部资源的迫切需求,提出了钢铁行业基于ERP的信息系统与客户关系管理(CRM)、供应链管理(SCM)相集成的解决方案,并从业务流程和技术层面论证了该方案的可行性,最后给出了应用该方案的实际案例。
<Abstrcat>Under the competitive environment of Iron & Steel industry information resources unification, in order to resolve the urgent demands on the integration of enterprises resources, this paper proposes ERP-based integration scheme of CRM and SCM for Iron & Steel industry, demonstrates the feasibility of this scheme on the level of business process and techniques, and finally presents actual case which applies that scheme.
