摘要
以冻干银杏为原料,按照银杏的主要组成成分,将其分离,然后分别测定各分离样品中锌、铜、铁、钙、镁的含量。结果表明:各种分离样品中矿物质元素的含量以及各分离样品中所含矿物质元素在果仁中的比例存在较大的差异,这对于银杏在加工过程中工艺的确定有一定的指导意义。
In this experiment, the freeze-dry gingko was used as raw material and seperated into several parts according to its major components. Then the quantity of zinc, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium in each seperated part was mensurated. The result shows that there exists much big difference between the quantity of mineral elements in each seperated sample part and that in putamina. That the fact has definite directing meaning to the technology of processing gingko.
