摘要
目的评价股骨头缺血性坏死的介入治疗效果。方法87例股骨头缺血性坏死患者均经用seldinger's技术介入治疗。结果介入治疗后3～24个月,恢复正常者50例,获得一定改善者26例,无疗效者11例,总有效率近87.4%。结论介入治疗对股骨头缺血性坏死具有显著疗效。
Objective To assess the efficacy of interventional treatment in the patients with femoral head ischemia-necrosis.Methods Eighty-seven patients with femoral head ischemia-necrosis underwent the interventional treatment using seldinger's technique.Results At 3～24th month after the interventional treatment,the perfect recovery was found in 50 cases,the more or less improvement was found in 26 cases while non-efficacy was only found in 11 cases.The total effect rate was approximatly 87.4%.Conclusion Intcrventional treatment has significant therapeutic efficacy for femoral head ischemia-necrosis.
