摘要
采用国产ＢＬ８８－Ｃ型激光衍射红细胞变形仪，对３４例脑血栓形成急性期患者进行红细胞变形性的测定，并与同期住院的３４例上呼吸道感染和周围神经病患者进行对比，结果表明，急性脑血栓形成患者红细胞变形指数（ＤＩ）较对照组明显降低，以低剪切力时尤为明显，说明红细胞变形性降低是脑血栓形成的原因之一，并提示随年龄的增加，急性脑血栓形成的发病率也在增加。
RBC deformability of 34 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis was measured with a BL 88-C RBC laser diffraction deformability detector. The results showed RBC deformability index(DI) of these patients is most obvious decrease compared with 34 cases suffered from upper respiratory infections and the peripheral neuropathy in same time.The change is seen when particularly low shearing forces. These results suggest the reduction in RBC deformability is one of causes for the cerebral thrombosis. These datas also suggest the morbidity of the cerebral thrombosis is rise following increasing age.
