摘要
作者对腹腔深部脓肿11例，采取了MEBO灌注脓腔等治疗方法，与传统的换药方法相比较，具有操作简便，病人痛苦少；引流畅通，抗感染能力强；缩短疗程，节省费用等优点，在临床上有着广泛的应用价值。
The author has treated more than 200 cases ofdeep abscess with MEBO since April 1991. MEBT orany other change of dressings were satisfactory. Fortreating 11 cases of deep abdominal abscess,perfussion method was superior to other conventionalmethod of dressing change. It is simple, economicaland time saving. It has good drainage, analgesic andantiinfective effects. It is worthy to be popularized.
