摘要
文章认为国有企业医院分离重组时应做到 :领导重视 ,协同努力 ,抓点促面 ,明确重点 ,做好产权处置和人员安置工作 ,先易后难 ,分批推进 ;同时提出关于国有资产问题、关于医院人员及待遇问题。
Reorganized the public enterprise hospital should pay attention to as bellow: Leadership development, sector coordination, through pilot study extend to wide scale, set up priority and settlement the manpower and ownership of hospital. The policy suggestions were proposed on deal with property of national ownership the income of health personal and the expenditure of hospital.
