摘要
本文报道了５例有机磷引起的迟发性神经病。病人周围神经受损症状和体征在有机磷中毒后１～４周出现，多从下肢开始，运动障碍明显，感觉障碍轻或缺如。病人周围神经受损的严重程度与有机磷中毒时急性症状的轻重无关。
Five patients with organophosphorus induced delayed neuropathy were reported.The clinical signs of peripheral nerve damaged in all patients arose during 1 to 4 weeks after ingesting organophosphorus.Weakness in legs was the usual initial complaint .Sensory disturbance sometimes developed,but often mild or inconspicuous .There was no relationship between the serious degree of a cute,symptoms following exposure to organophosphorus and the degree of peripheral nerve involve ment.
