摘要
目的:了解螺旋CT重建图像对于诊断胰腺肿瘤的价值。材料与方法:报告33例经手术及病理证实的胰腺肿瘤,男21例,女12例,平均年龄56岁。33例均行CT平扫及增强检查,平扫层厚10mm,螺距1~1.5。增强扫描取2.5mm冠状位及矢状位图像重建。对比剂总使用量80~100ml。结果:所有病例胰腺轮廓均显示清楚,在多方位重建图像上可清晰显示胰腺肿瘤与正常胰腺以及周围组织的密度差异、浸润程度,可直接观察到胰管及总胆管扩张程度。结论:多排螺旋CT双期扫描检查,并且行多方位图像重建,是无创性检查胰腺肿瘤的一种有效诊断方法,具有非常高的临床应用价值。
Purpose:To investigate the value of multislice helical CT and its reconstructive images in diagnosing pancreatic tumors.Materials and Methods:Plain and enhanced CT scan were performed in all 33 patients (21 males,12 females,mean age 56 years)who suffered from pancreatic tumours which confirmed by operation and histological exam.The scanning parameters were 10mm slice thickness and 1~1.5 pitch for plain scan and 2.5mm slice thickness for contrast enhanced scan.Dual-phase(arterial and portal venous phase)enhanced CT images were acquired with delay time 20 seconds and 65 seconds,respectivelyCoronal and sagittal images were reconstructed with 1.75mm interval.The total amount of contrast medium used for each patient is 80 to 100 milliliters.Results:The outline changes of pancreas,the border between tumour and normal portion of pancreas and also the extent of invasion to adjacent structures were demonstrated clearly by CT dual-phase transverse images and multiplanar reconstructive images.The dilation degree of pancreatic duct and common bile duct could be assessed directly.Conclusion:Dual-phase multislice helical CT scanning including its multiplanar reconstruction is an effective and noninvasive method for diagnosis in pancreatic tumors and has great value in clinical application.
