镍钛机动器械Profile应用于磨牙根管治疗术一次法的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】评价镍钛机动器械Profile在磨牙根管治疗术一次法中的作用。【方法】将90颗牙髓炎、无症状死髓牙随机分配至3组,分别为Profile镍钛根管锉机动预备与侧压充填根管治疗一次完成组,K型不锈钢根管锉手动预备与侧压充填根管治疗一次完成组,K型不锈钢根管锉手动预备,侧压充填分次完成组,评价Profile机动预备与K型不锈钢根管锉手动预备完成一次性根管治疗术后反应、远期疗效,并与传统根管治疗多次法进行比较。【结果】在磨牙根管治疗术一次法中,Profile根管预备根管充填组术后反应明显少于K-file组,3组根管治疗远期疗效无显著性差异。【结论】镍钛机动器械在磨牙根管治疗术一次法中具有省时高效的优点,并能减少术后反应。 [Objective] To evaluate postoperative and long effect after root canal therapy performed in 1-appointment by Profile. [Methods] Eighty-two patients requiring root canal therapy on permanent molars were included in this study. Patients were randomly assigned to 3 groups. Both pulpitis and asymptomatic nonvital teeth were included. Teeth in group 1 (n = 30) were obturated at the first appointment by using laterally condensed gutta-percha after the canal prepared by Profile rotary files.Teeth in group2 (n = 30) were obturated at the first appointment by using laterally condensed gutta-percha after the canal prepared by K-file. Teeth in group3 (n = 30) were closed with calcium hydroxide paste and ZnO restoration and were obturated at a second appointment 7 days later. The postoperative and long effects were analyzed after the treatment. [Results] There was statistically difference in postoperative pain between patients treated in one appointment prepared by Profile and by K-file (P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups after one year. [Conclusion] The Profile rotary instrument could reduce stimulation and damage to the apical tissue during preparation and the root canal could be well shaped and compactly filled. Profile rotary instrument could reduce postoperative pain and improve the successful rate in 1-appointment root canal therapy.
