CE-MRA法和TOF法在下肢动脉检查中的应用与比较

摘要 目的比较与分析TOF法和CE-MRA法在下肢动脉检查中的作用。方法对56例(TOF法37例,CE-MRA法19例)患者进行检查,其中有5例采用了两种方法检查进行对比;所有患者均经过彩色多普勒超声检查,并与以上两种结果进行对照。结果采用TOF法有26例显示动脉狭窄或连续性中断,而彩色多普勒超声仅显示6例狭窄。采用CE-MRA法有2例显示狭窄,与彩色多普勒超声检查结果相吻合。结论CE-MRA法较TOF法在下肢动脉的显示上要更为精确、清晰。 Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of CE-MRA andTOF examination on low extremity arteries.Methods 56 cases (37 cases by TOF,19 cases by CE-MRA )were included in this study. And in 5 cases, both two examinations were carried out.Color Doppler ultrasound was per-formed in allcases, and the results were compared between these two examinations.Results Narrowing or discontinuity of lower extremity arteries were found in 26 cases by TOF, while color Doppler ultrasound found arterial naarrowing in 6 cases only.Narrowing of lower extremity arteries were revealed in 2 cases by CE-MRA, andit was also found by color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion TOF examination in lower extremity arteries is more exact and clearer than CE-MRA.
