摘要
介绍了晶粒细化的最新技术及其细晶机理。AlTiB、AlTiC、AlTiCB和AlTiBRe等晶粒细化剂能有效细化铝和铝合金晶粒,但这些晶粒细化剂含有金属熔液中没有的元素,容易出现衰退的现象,可能造成合金污染。纳米晶促变形核法,加入的是包含金属熔液中固有的合金元素细化剂,而固液混合铸造是在熔液中加入大量同种成分的合金粉末,它们都具有很好的细晶效果和应用价值。
The latest technology for grain refinement and its mechanisms were introduced. Several refiner such as Al-Ti-B?Al-Ti-C?Al-Ti-C-B and Al-Ti-B-Re can refine the grains of aluminum and aluminum alloys effectively and be widely used. As the refiners contain elements which are absent in the alloy melt, their refining effects tend to decay and the alloy may be contaminated. The elements in the refiner used in nano-crystal nucleation process are as same as those in the alloy melt. In solid-liquid mixed casting process a lot of alloy powders with same compositions as the alloy melt were added to the melt. Both the processes have perfect grain refining effects and application values.
