含蜡原油储存温度优化探讨

摘要 含蜡原油中所含的蜡处于不同形态,呈显出不同流变特性,从而使其粘温曲线不同。对白虎油测出粘温曲线,分析并计算得出原油储存温度不能简单地规定为最低储存温度比凝固点高10-15℃。应既考虑其安全性(不凝固,泵能自吸),又要考虑其经济性(储存温度低,减少轻组分蒸发,蒸汽耗量少)。 Waxy crude oil presents different rheological property with different forms of wax existing in it and consequently shows different viscosity - temperature curves. Through analysis and calculation of experimental viscosity - temperature curve of white tiger crude oil, it was concluded that the lowest crude oil storage temperature should not be simply set at 10-15℃ above freezing point,and both security (no solidification,pump can suck in itself) and economy (low storage temperature, decrease of light components evaporation, less vapor consumption) should be taken into consideration.
