摘要
通过历史和现状的研究，认识四川盆地江河水域渔业利用的必然性和发展趋势；分析基本条件和制约因素。提出保护渔业生态环境；征收资源补偿费；加强管理与服务；形成“护、捕、增、养”相结合的渔业生产体系。
Based on the historical and current studies,this paper deals with the necessity of theexploitation of fishery in Sichuan basin and its trend of development, and a nalyses its basic condi-tions and restrictive factors. Purthermore,a proposal is made to protect the ecological environment,to collect the resource compensation fee and to enchance the management and service,As a result.asystem of “protecting,catching,breeding and raising”is formed.
