摘要
学生公寓是学生学习和日常生活的重要场所,是课堂之外对学生进行教育管理的重要阵地。随着高校改革的不断深入,传统的高校学校管理与育人工作面临许多新的问题。我们应研究目前出现的新情况,更新思想观念,建设良好的育人环境,完善各项规章制度,变革管理体制等,加强高校学生公寓的育人功能。
Students' apartments are the important places where students learn and live daily and important positions where are educated and managed outside classrooms. With the continuous development of higher education reform, many new problems arise before traditional management and education of higher education.We should study new situations at present, renew methods of thinking, construct a good educational environment, perfect all rules and regulations, change management system and enforce the educational function of students' apartments in higher education.
