摘要
对智能化住宅小区的概念及系统的构成进行了阐述,从小区总线制、利用有线电视网络等方面,对小区实现智能化的方式作了探讨,从而真正实现小区的智能化。
The concept of intelligent residential quarter and its system composition are introduced. From the general line system, the utilization of wired television network and other aspects the intelligent design is discussed in order to really realize intelligence of residential quarter.
